Time is what you make if it

Humans have in common many things but one of them is particularly interesting: the story of our life. Each person, rich or poor, from no matter where on Earth has a story about him or her self. A story about her or his life: from where is coming and where is going, what have learned in life, explanations about what and why different experiences happened. To every experience we attach some meaning.
These stories are based on social learning (interaction with the people around us) but also on our perception, it is our side of the story.
We can meet persons who had everything a person could wish in life but they are said and pessimistic but also persons with most tragic experiences who are full of joy and appreciation for life. How is this possible?
Generally these stories are build on values and beliefs, on things that matters for us and that explains who we are. It is the story of our past, present and probably future. It is a way for us humans to show to ourselves and to the others that our time, our life time, matters...because we do not know how long we still have but we do know it is limited in some way.
We meet people with strong conviction about their purpose in life but also people waiting. While finding purpose in life is personal quest, did you find yours? Or you are still waiting?
What are you waiting for?
What about things we all care: love, happiness or money?
What are you waiting for to bring purpose, clarity and direction to your life?
If you are curios about these questions, I invite you to my presentation on the 21st of January at the monthly meeting of The Network. I will be speaking about time and its influence on our life decisions: money, love and happiness.
You will learn a few tips about how to balance your time perspective in such a way to improve the quality of your life.
Warning: this is not a time management presentation, I will not show you how to do more in less time. Quite the opposite.
